Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or returns due to the intimate nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos for resolution.

Returns of unopened, unused items may be accepted within 7 days on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days in original packaging.
